all participants receive

$17/hour for 20 hours of work each week

Six weeks of paid work with one of our corporate partners

Four weeks of career training

Real-time coaching, counseling, and other supports

Our next CEP cohort starts August 17, 2026.
Program Duration: August 17, 2026. - October 23, 2026.
Our work experience program is completely free for all participants who qualify.
The program lasts ten weeks with opportunity for job placement afterward.
We encourage you to apply even if you are unsure. If you qualify, we will invite you to an admissions day so that you can decide if the program seems right for you.
