Start with entry-level roles like Production Operators, where you’ll work hands-on in active, bustling environments. Tasks include assembling parts, stocking materials, and operating machinery. For those willing to pursue trade school, college, or equivalent experience, there are next-level roles like Quality Assurance Inspectors, Production Supervisors, and specialized technical positions such as Maintenance Technicians, Machinists, or Welders.

If you meet our eligibility criteria, you'll receive an invite to an Admissions Day this winter where you can meet some of the team at The Collective Blueprint and complete an interview.

Meet the rest of your cohort and get fully oriented to the program in April.

The Manufacturing Collective program is part-time for 3 months.
