If you meet our eligibility criteria, you'll receive an invite to an Admissions Day where you can meet some of the team at The Collective Blueprint and complete an interview.

Our healthcare pathways program is completely free for all participants who qualify.

The program takes two months, and then you qualify to interview at a local hospital. Once hired, you'll receive coaching and support for the next six months.
